Prayer-Tsunami and Earthqueck in Japan update March 16,2011

Yesterday I heard from them in Japan.
what is update!

(They both old and live alone.  They son live in Thailand.)

They scare to live house because not enough gasoline to drive to Narita airport.
No train, No bus.
(come to Thailand they much drive to Narita airport)

In they town(Kadatsu-Chou, Tsushiura,Ibaraki) can get gasoline 10 liter per day.

Drinking water and Food is not enough,  electric about 3 hours a day.

Now okaasan(mother) start to sick becasue it cool there.

I'm Prayer to them and all Japanese.

Tsunami in Japan 11 March 2011

It's sad news, afternoon Thai time we tried to phone to our relative in Japan.

We couldn't reach them, we watched news on CNN, ABC and NHK also Twiter.

I was very worry because one of them live in Ibaraki. I couln't sleep only hope they are OK,

Today...

Early morning I try to phone again it same couldn't reach them, I try to phone house number, company number all same, so last is mobile hope I can reach them.

Finally.. I can talk with them.... they are OK, no electric, no phone but they are SAFE.

I'm so happy.

BUT

very sorry to see people lost they house , car and ....

I'm praying for them.

Thai Food,CHINESE FIVE-SPICE BLEND (PAE-LO POWDER) 65 G.

CHINESE FIVE-SPICE BLEND (PAE-LO POWDER) 65 G.  

The flavours in Five Spice Blend reflect the influence of Chinese cuisine, dating back more than fifty years. This dish should be cooked a day in advance and left to marinate, giving a richer flavour to the meats.

Recipe : Chicken Wings in Chinese Five-Spice Blend Soup 

Ingredients

(serves 3-4 persons)

• Lobo Chinese Five-Spice Blend (Pae-Lo Powder) 1 tablespoon(sell on eBay)
• Chicken wings ½ kg. (17.5 oz)
• Fried garlic 1 teaspoon
• Vegetable oil 1 tablespoon
• Water 3 cups (720 ml)
• Sugar 3 tablespoons
• Salt 1 teaspoon
• Soy sauce 2 tablespoons
• Black soy sauce 2 teaspoons
• Coriander roots 2 Boiled eggs 5
• White tofu 1 block

Preparation

For best flavor, this dish needs to be prepared one day in advance, and left to marinate. 
The great taste of the Five-Spice Blend Soup is inherited from the influence of early Chinese cuisine 
and is a much-loved family favorite.

•Clean chicken wings thoroughly and leave to dry. Dredge in the Chinese Five-Spice Blend (Pae-Lo Powder).

•Fry garlic in hot oil until golden brown. Add chicken wings and stir until they are just cooked. 

•Add water and flavour with sugar, salt, soy sauce and black soy sauce plus some coriander root. Close lid and simmer until cooked. 

•Add five boiled eggs, followed by diced white tofu. Lower heat and simmer for about 1 hour. Flavour again to taste and remove from stove. Serve in bowl with a sprinkle of coriander leaves. 

Tips

•If clearer broth is preferred, spoon the bubbles out regularly.
