Chicken Garlic Pepper Stir-Fry

My dinner today is Chicken Garlic Pepper Stir-Fry, it's easy recipes you can cook at home, this menu you can cook with chicken, beef or seafood.


  • 200g of slice chicken/ meat/ seafoods (as your choice)
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 1 green shallot, chopped
  • chicken seasoning
  • garlic
  • pepper

Cooking Directions;

  1. Heat oil, add chicken and stir-fry 2 mins or till cooked
  2. Add garlic, pepper, chicken seasoning. Stir over heat
  3. Turn off the heat.  Sprinkle with shallot before serving.(if you like)


  • Before stir-fry, marine it with garlic, pepper for 30 mins for more spiciness,

Do you like  Noodle ?
Today I cook noodle for my dinner and steak for my husband and my daughter, here I have easy recipes and healthy for you maybe you can get idea for your dinner.


  • Egg Noodle 200g
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 1 tablespoon pork seasoning. 


  1. Boil water in pot 2 liter (boiling) add noodle let it boil for 4 minute.
  2. Take noodle from pot into cool water, let it cool.
  3. Add oil in to pan wait oil heat  add noodle, pork seasoning and eggs stir until eggs cook well.
  4. move to plate , now you have a good noodle on you dinner table.

Thing that makes you feel better.
As you know I'm working mom (I run factory) and blogging is my part time job. I would like to post about things that make me feel better.
 Sunday 02, August 2009.
1.Most important is my daughter, see her grow up that most wonderful.
2. My husband's smile
He not smile often but he alway make me smile while I stressful from work.

3.  I love to cook after work it make me relaxing while cooking.  look what I cook today.

4.  Books, I like to read,  if no internet I will read. usually I read online but I also get away from internet sometime, so book I alway have in my bag is English dictionary, and at home I will have "English Grammar in Use" and "Essential Grammar in Use"  (hope you not surprise, I alway study English for improve).
