My baby Lebua like to read book ( I read for her) I study English same time with her, I mean some book I have read for first time too. We went to book shop and chosen a book for learning, For sample last book we bough is 1000 words & Sentences this book I had learn many too. It basic English but for me it good to remember vocabulary. She often read 'The Little Mermaid" " If I have a hammer" or " Whose Food". อาการแพ้ท้อง, อาการคนท้อง

เกิดเป็นผู้หญิงนั้นแสนลำบากนะคะ ตอนมีรอบเดือนว่าแย่แล้ว ตอนท้องนี้หนักกว่าหลายเท่าเลยค่ะ(สำหรับบางคนค่ะ)
ตัวเองปกติรอบเดือนแต่ละเดือนก็มาบ้างไม่มาบ้าง เวลามาก็จะมีไข้ ตัวร้อน ไม่สบาย
ตอนที่เริ่มตั้งท้องน้องบัว ไม่แน่ใจค่ะว่าท้องหรือเปล่า เพราะรอบเดือนเราไม่สม่ำเสมอ รู้แต่ว่าอยากกินทุกอย่าง(ปกติไม่ชอบกิน น้ำหนักตัว 40กิโล ไม่เกินนี้ค่ะ)

ถ้าจำไม่ผิดก่อนรู้ว่าตัวเองท้องประมาณอาทิตย์หนึง กินมากๆ น้ำหนักขึ้นไป 3กิโลค่ะ (ตอนนั้นยังอยู่กับพ่อน้องบัวค่ะ แต่ตอนนี้ Single mom ค่ะ)เริ่มสังเกตุตัวเองว่ากินแยอะขึ้น และเกิดอาการอยากอาหาร หน้าอกตึง เหนื่อยง่าย เลยลองซื้อชุดทดสอบการตั้งครรภ์มาตรวจเองที่บ้านค่ะ ปรากฎว่าไม่ท้องค่ะ(ผลหลังจากตรวจ) แต่ตัวเองรู้สึกว่าท้องแน่ เลยเก็บตัวทดสอบไว้ก่อน
ก็ไปทำงานปกติ พอตอนบ่ายได้รับโทรศัพทฺ์จากพ่อน้องบัว บอกว่าตัวชุดทดสอบที่เก็บไว้ โชว์ว่าตั้งครรภ์ เท่านั้นหล่ะค่ะ แทบร้องไห้ น้ำตาปริ่มเลยค่ะ ไม่ได้เสียใจนะคะ แต่ดีใจมาก

มันเป็นการเริ่มต้นค่ะ การตั้งครรภ์ หรือ การท้องเป็นการเริ่มต้น เริ่มต้นชีวิตค่ะ บอกได้เลยค่ะว่า คุณค่าของความเป็นผู้หญิง(ที่ผู้ชายต้องอิจฉา)มันอยู่ตรงนี้ คือการได้รู้สึกถึงชีวิตอีกชีวิตหนึ่ง (ที่ต้องพึ่งพาเรา)อยู่ในตัวเรา มีลูกเป็นของตัวเองแล้ว

อาการคนท้องในช่วงไตรมาสแรก
ประจำเดือนไม่มา absence of menstruation อันนี้เรารู้กันดีอยู่แล้ว

เหนื่อยง่าย และง่วง fatigue and sleepiness ร่างกายทำงานหนักค่ะต้องเตรียมความพร้อมให้เจ้าตัวเล็ก สร้างรกค่ะจะได้มีที่นุ่มๆให้เจ้าตัวเล็ก

ปัสสาวะบ่อย frequent urination ไตเขารู้หน้าที่ขับถ่ายของเสียดีกว่าเดิมค่ะ และที่สำคัญ มดลูกขยายตัวและไปลุกลานกระเพาะปัสสาวะในระยะที่ยังไม่พ้นกระดูกเชิงกรานค่ะ

คลื่นไส้ อาเจียน น้ำลายไหลมากกว่าปกติ nausea(with or without vomiting) and excessive salivation อาการนี้เกิดได้จากหลายสาเหตุค่ะ ความเหนื่อย ความเครียด หรือระดับฮอร์โมน บางที่เขาเรียกว่า morning sickness ค่ะ
